Frequently asked questions

If your question is not covered below, our team is available via the contact form.

What are research compounds?

Research compounds are chemicals — including peptides and reference standards — supplied for in vitro laboratory experimentation, analytical method development, and academic research. They are not pharmaceutical or food-grade products.

Are these products for human consumption?

No. All compounds sold by Bimacs Labs are intended exclusively for laboratory research, in vitro use, and analytical reference. They are not approved for human or veterinary consumption and must not be used in or on the body.

Do you provide certificates of analysis?

Yes. Every lot is supplied with a lot-specific Certificate of Analysis (COA) documenting identity, purity, and net peptide content as verified by an independent analytical laboratory.

How are products tested?

Each lot undergoes reverse-phase HPLC for purity assessment and mass spectrometry for identity confirmation. Testing is performed by a qualified third-party laboratory before any product is released.

How should compounds be stored?

Lyophilized peptides should be stored at −20°C in a desiccated environment, protected from light and moisture. Lot-specific storage instructions are listed on each product page.

What is your shipping policy?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Temperature-sensitive material is shipped with insulated packaging and gel packs where required. Tracking is provided for every shipment.

Can I order in bulk for institutional use?

Yes. Academic and commercial laboratories requiring bulk quantities or recurring orders can contact us directly for volume pricing and custom packaging.
